Dr. Matthew Williams, BVSc, DVM, Dipl ACVP (Clinical Pathology)
Dr. Matthew Williams is a native of Moulton, Alabama.
He graduated Bachelor of Science, Medical Technology, University of Alabama at Birmingham 1996. He was certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. In 2001, he finished Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Tuskegee University 2001.
He became a Clinical Pathology Residency at Colorado State University in 2007, and a Diplomate American College of Veterinary Pathologists
He spent five years as a Diagnostic Clinical Pathologist for Antech Diagnostics from 2007 to 2012.
He also managed all operations of the clinical pathology laboratory at the University of Florida as the Clinical Pathology Director from 2016 to 2018.
Dr. Williams is the owner of Williams Veterinary Diagnostics that he established in 2010. Additionally, he is the current Diagnostic Pathologist and Lecturer at Mississippi State University from 2015.
He joined the AVD Clinical Pathology consultancy team in March 2022.
